About the Role
Join our CompanionCare team as a Home Care Aide. You'll provide essential personal care and companionship to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life in a comfortable, familiar environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs and preferences
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, tidying)
- Assist with medication reminders (non-administration)
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social activities
- Observe and report changes in client condition to the care team
- Follow individualized care plans developed by our clinical staff
